How we came to be
Founded by two brothers born and raised in the pizza catering van industry, bringing great food to your event is practically in our DNA. Noticing a lack of trendy yet professional caterers, we decided to buy our own pizza vans and follow our dream of delivering a delicious, stylish, and memorable experience to our patrons and their guests.
More important to us than anything is our customers’ experience eating our Naples influenced pizzas, coupled with the enjoyment of seeing our authentic catering vans.

What makes us special
There is a lot more than meets the eye to how our pizzas are made. Our tomato sauce is made fresh before every event, our dough comes straight from the local bakery, and our wood kiln is from the woods of Sussex.
We have a strong belief in customer service and pride ourselves in having excellent communication with our customers and staff. We train our staff in house; they learn the ropes behind the wood-fire oven and how to deliver professional service.
Our pizza vans have been custom designed by the owners using modern vans and kitting them out with the best equipment and pizza ovens that money can buy. Our Modern vans make us extremely reliable and you will never have to worry about us breaking down ( Unlike some vintage vans.)

The Oven
When we were researching the best wood-fired pizza oven, we couldn’t find any better than those from the birthplace of pizza itself, Naples, Italy. Instead of settling for less, we imported our own from Naples and delivered it to West Sussex.

Homemade Sauce
Our homemade sauce is made from the finest quality ingredients. Consisting of San Marzano Tomatoes that come from Mount Vesuvius, fresh and fragrant basil, Italian olive oil and a hint of garlic.
All combined to give you an authentic Italian taste.

Dough & Ingredients
All of our dough is sourced from our local Sussex bakery. It is left to proof for over 24 hours, which gives the fantastic texture. We take pride in sourcing all of our ingredients locally here in Sussex, ensuring quality, and helping local businesses. Even the wood we use comes from the native forests.
